As soon as the month of September started, rumors started circulating that 7-Eleven will start delivering food and drinks right to your doorstep in just 45 minutes.
Because the convenience store is noted for their motto, “What customers want, when and where they want it”, they’re now taking things quite seriously.
The company has just revealed their plans of having a delivery deal, which will feature the so-called “Convenience Packs” with themes like “Hangover” and “Date Night”.
As reported by New York Daily News:
“The Date Night Pack—which really should have been named the “Netflix and Chill Pack”—will set you back $20, and includes: a tub of Ben & Jerry’s chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, a Hershey’s chocolate bar, a can of Red Bull, an 18-piece pack of Trident gum, and a three-pack of Trojan Ultra Thin condoms.”
The Hangover pack, on the other hand, costs $5 less than the Date Night pack. It will include a 25-ounce fruit punch Gatorade, an extra-strength acetaminophen, a smoked turkey, a pepper jack sandwich, and a large pepperoni pizza.
The cities that will first enjoy these “Convenience Packs” are Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
